My new song "Twenty-Four More" is out now.
I wrote this one about the moments when you're in the middle of the storm and the only thing left to do is hold on. Twenty-four more. Whatever your twenty-four is — hours, days, breaths — it's the distance between giving up and breaking through (Beehiiv).
This song is personal. If you've followed my healing journey (LinkedIn), you know the last stretch has been a lot. Learning to trust my body again. Learning to keep going on the days when everything in me says stop. Music is where I put the things I can't say any other way.

I build my tracks (Beehiiv) with AI as a creative partner — melodies, production, all of it shaped by hand until it sounds like what I hear in my head. "Twenty-Four More" came out cinematic: glowing symbols, futuristic armor, cosmic skies, a mountain above the clouds. That's what holding on looks like to me.
If you're in your own storm right now, this one's for you.

The story behind the song
I'd been making a whole bunch of songs with AI for a while, and nothing really stood out — until this one.
It resonated with me because of something Ed Mylett shared about his father. His dad was an alcoholic, and one of the messages he lived by was this: don't think too many days ahead. Just focus on the next 24 hours of being sober.
That hit me hard. I'd quit nicotine and vaping, and I knew exactly what he meant — stop thinking so far into the future, just focus on the next 24.
So I fed the idea to the AI, and it came back with a melody. Then I sang over it. It took me a while to get the rhythm down — it's a different kind of rhythm, a ballad — but it's something I really enjoyed doing.
Twenty-four more. Whatever your twenty-four is, it's enough.

Lyrics
Verse 1
Tracing the lines on the heavy ceiling
Finding a pattern to keep my mind steady
Breathing in slowly the weight of the moment
Waiting for armor and getting it ready
Pre-Chorus
Just give me the dawn to erase this shadow
Just give me the grace to take one more breath
I am not ready to surrender just yet
Chorus
Hold on for twenty-four more!
Fight for the break in the clouds!
Just twenty-four more hours to go!
Let the light start to show!
Hold on for twenty-four more!
We will find our way home!
Verse 2
Sunlight is tracing the edge of the window
Counting the seconds until they make a minute
Heavy horizons are starting to soften now
I see the circle and realize I am in it
Pre-Chorus
Just give me the strength for one last push now
Just give me the sky when the storm has passed
I am not giving up on this fight just yet
Chorus
Hold on for twenty-four more!
Fight for the break in the clouds!
Just twenty-four more hours to go!
Let the light start to show!
Hold on for twenty-four more!
We will find our way home!
Outro
Just twenty-four more hours to go
We made it through the night
